How do I return an item?

Return Policy

We regret that we cannot accept returns except in the instance of damaged/defective goods.  Every item for sale is presented with one or more photographs, a detailed product description, and dimensions (when provided to us by the manufacturer).  Please read all product descriptions and dimensions carefully.  

We take great care to inspect and properly package your order; however, if you received an item that was damaged in transit or is defective, you must notify DeluxeLife+Style within 5 business days of receipt.

Please email customerservice@deluxelifeandstyle.com to alert us of the issue.  Your satisfaction is our top priority. After ascertaining the nature of your return request, a representative will provide you with appropriate shipping documents to return the damaged or defective product at no charge to you. A full refund will be issued for the purchase price, and any associated shipping costs, within 7 business days of receipt by our warehouse.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. A 15% restocking fee for returned items (in addition to shipping charges) will apply if it is determined that the product was neither damaged in shipping, nor defective. 

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
